Victoria is the executive assistant to a16z crypto CMO, Kim Milosevich, and also provides support for the marketing team as needed. Victoria has a diverse background in investigations, legal and administration. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a paralegal certificate.

Victoria was previously an Operations Coordinator at Polychain Capital where she gave administrative support to the CCO and COO/CFO.  Her duties included scheduling meetings, vendor management tracking and various legal projects.

Prior to Polychain, Victoria was an Operations Manager at Unusual Ventures where she provided administrative support to the CFO and COO. Additionally, she managed swag inventory and mailings to new hires and new founders. She also reviewed and managed service agreements between the firm and founders and reconciled company-wide expenses.

Victoria has two teenage daughters and a highly energetic German Shorthaired Pointer. In her spare time, she enjoys interval training, trying new recipes and listening to live music.
