Stephanie Zinn is an editorial and growth partner at a16z crypto, where she helps identify and communicate about emerging ideas in technology — and then figures out how to bring them to a wider audience.
She works with investors, researchers, and founders on ideas across crypto, stablecoins and payments, digital identity, and new models for online coordination and commerce. Her work spans editorial and growth: sharpening arguments, finding the right formats and channels, and helping good ideas reach more people.
Previously, Stephanie led consumer and educational content at Coinbase, launching Coinbase Learn and growing the weekly newsletter Coinbase Bytes to millions of subscribers. Before that, she built and ran the editorial team at GitHub, helping shape their flagship data report and their publication on the power and purpose of open source software The ReadME Project.
