Hedi is an Executive Assistant on the a16z crypto team, where she supports an Operating Partner, and the crypto Heads of Talent and Executive Talent. Prior to joining a16z crypto, Hedi was at Silver Lake Partners where she provided support for Managing Directors and the investment team. 

In her free time, Hedi enjoys trying new recipes, being outdoors and staying active.
