Aiden is Policy Partner for a16z crypto, supporting the advancement of the firm’s global web3 policy goals.

Prior to joining a16z crypto, he led crypto policy initiatives across government and industry at the World Economic Forum focused on DAOs, decentralized ID, and the metaverse. Before that, he managed the development of decentralized ID governance and standards.

Aiden was previously at the University of Oxford and Columbia University. 

Outside of work, he loves hiking and traveling.
