Mike is a talent partner for a16z crypto, helping portfolio companies find and retain technical leaders for their projects while advising these portfolio companies on talent best practices. He joined the a16z crypto team in June of 2022.

Prior to joining a16z crypto, Mike was a technical recruiter and talent partner at Netflix where he partnered with engineering and research teams across their personalization organizations.

With experience ranging from small, stealth startups to internet scale companies, Mike has worked on a variety of talent challenges. Outside of work, he loves surfing and being with family and friends in San Diego.
