Jeanne is a People Practice Partner for a16z crypto, helping founders and leaders in our portfolio companies build their people strategies, infrastructure and team member experiences.

Prior to joining a16z, she has built HR functions from scratch seven times for companies like Airbnb and WeWork helping with international expansion and growing their teams from less than 100 and into the thousands in over 20+ countries.

In addition, she has over 2 years of direct operational crypto HR experience working with founders and HR teams building the foundational building blocks of people experiences such as talent acquisition, compensation, and team engagement.

She is passionate about sustainability and supporting equity and inclusive initiatives.
