Emily runs operations for Crypto Startup Accelerator (CSX). Prior to that, she led internal recruiting for a16z crypto. Prior to joining a16z crypto, she was a technical recruiting manager at CloudKitchens and was a recruiter at a16z from 2015-2018. During that tenure, she got her first taste of early crypto startups through working on the technical talent team helping portfolio companies hire early engineers and leaders.
