Danielle is a Talent Partner for a16z crypto, advising portfolio companies on how to hire, retain, and develop top talent. She’s focused on designing effective recruiting strategies and helping teams quickly find and onboard the right people.

Prior to joining a16z crypto, Danielle created talent initiatives for Twitter’s Machine Learning and Data Science organizations. Before that, she led talent efforts at Cloud Kitchens for the Seattle office, building the engineering team from the ground up. Earlier in her career at WeWork, Danielle played a key role in expanding the developer platform team from 15 to 90 members in NYC and SF.

Danielle enjoys attending soccer matches, golfing, and traveling in her free time.
